The Conifer/285 Corridor Area Community Plan, Part I and Part II, was adopted by the Planning Commission as an interim plan August 7, 2002 and as a final plan on September 3, 2003. This Plan was produced by the citizens of the Conifer 285 Corridor Area and the Jefferson County Planning & Zoning Division.

To work as a broad based group to provide a forum to identify and address community issues.

The Goals of
Conifer Area Council

1) Promote community participation, collaboration and action in community issue decision-making,
2) Sponsor the free and open exchange of information and ideas,
3) Provide the venue for periodic review and support of the Conifer/285 Corridor Area Community Plan.
