trail or sidewalk. The project will be phased with two
buildings being planned initially, followed by additional
buildings being built as the market demands by Williams
Development, LLC. Water by well / Sanitation by Conifer
Metropolitan District but will need to be trucked until
pipeline built. Board of County Commissioners approved on
November 13, 2007. Site development plan processed. Mylar
recorded July 15, 2008; rezoning completed.
