How are we different from other groups in the Community?

* We will Define Issues, educate, communicate and facilitate
* We will provide a forum for community involvement and interaction
* We will further the education and knowledge of historic, social and economic awareness in our community
* We will provide resources and support for more in-depth study of certain community issues
* We will provide the venue for periodic review of the Conifer - 285 Corridor Area Community Plan.

* We will not make recommendations to the county
* We will not take positions on issues


It is the responsibility of each member of Conifer Area Council to make decisions based on our Mission: To work as a broad based group to provide a forum to identify and address community issues , our Goals: a) To promote community participation, collaboration and action in community issue decision-making, b) To sponsor the free and open exchange of information and ideas. and c) To provide the venue for periodic review of the Conifer/285 Corridor area Community Plan, and our Strategies: a) To Educate b) To define issues c) To communicate, and d) To facilitate, not for personal gain!



To be an active part of the Conifer Area Council please attend the next board meeting or Town Hall meeting.
